Looe Pharmacy is working in partnership with the Royal Mail to enable patients to have their prescription medications delivered to them at home via the Royal Mail.

By completing this form you confirm that you have access to the postal delivery service terms and conditions (version Nov 2024) that can be found on this website and in the link below under the heading “Terms & Conditions of the delivery service”. 

You understand that, by using this service you are accepting these terms and conditions.

You confirm that you authorise Looe Pharmacy to post, to your preferred address, your prescription medications using the Royal Mail tracked delivery service. 

Delivery will be made by Royal Mail. No signature will be required on delivery in most circumstances. Medications will be posted through your letter box (if possible) or left by the delivery person in a “safe place” as specified by you to the Royal Mail or at the discretion of the delivery person. (Exceptions apply – signature and possible age verification on delivery required for controlled drugs). 

You agree that you understand that your medications once received by the Royal Mail are their responsibility and if there is an issue with the delivery of your medications you will need to contact the Royal Mail directly. 

By using the postal service, you are accepting that you are authorising a third party, in this case the Royal Mail, to pick up your prescriptions on your behalf from the pharmacy.
